What to Expect
We pledge to bring our best to every patient encounter, drawing from our formal training, clinical experience, and personal commitments to integrity and Christian compassion in order to serve you and your family well.
Wellspring is open from 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday. We are closed on major holidays. If we will be closed for any other reason (vacations, inclement weather, etc), we will communicate this on our website and phone answering system.
After Hours Care
In an effort to keep costs affordable, we do not offer an after-hours call system. However, we do communicate with established patients after hours via secure e-mail. All after hours voice mail will be addressed the following business day. If you have an urgent/life threatening need, please call 911 or proceed to a nearby urgent career center or emergency department.
Follow Up Care
With your permission, we will often call or email you via our secure patient portal to follow up on a visit. We also welcome your emails and calls to us with updates on how you or your child is doing. We will respect all applicable privacy policies, including HIPAA and our professional ethics (AMA/ACA).
As with all other aspects of our practice, we support each individual's right to determine what goes into his or her body. We will advise you to the best of our professional abilities and perspectives, but will not turn away patients who desire a delayed vaccination schedule or choose not to vaccinate. Accordingly, we do not maintain a vaccine inventory in our office, but gladly order and administer immunizations based on patient/parent request. Feel free to call the office or ask your provider for more information on this process.

At Wellspring, we're serious about a whole-person approach to health and wellness.
If you are struggling, we want to help. If you are experiencing side effects from a medicine, you're frustrated at being a diabetic, your knee hurts, your child is not thriving in school, or your job is stressing you out...it matters to us!
Similarly, if you just got a big promotion, your child performed well in the school play, your dog learned a new trick , or you're feeling better with a new treatment regimen, we'd love to hear about that, too!
